HPFP Upgrade Kit for 2.0 TFSI EA888 Gen2 engine fuel pump

Dynaparts has developed following a strong demand for HPFP kits for 2.0 TFSI engines and also RS3 8V / TTRS / RS3 8P / S4 S5 B8


This specific kit has received an average surface treatment of 20% more than the original one.

the pistons custom designed and reinforced, they now allow to obtain a pressure resistance of 185bars.

All kits are Tested on a bench with original fuel pumps.

These kits are Compatible with VAG group engines equipped with 2.0 TFSI or 4.0 TFSI and 5.2 FSI engines.

CAUTION: we strongly recommend that you change the CAM FOL LOWE R hydraulic tappet, it has been changed every 30,000 km, otherwise you risk breakage (see last photo).
